Han Xu powered Sichuan to an 83-82 win in a decisive Game 3 against Neimenggu behind her clutch 20-point and 13-rebound performance. Han shot 72.7% (8-11) from the field and 66.7% (2-3) from three, earning the 6-10 center the WCBA Finals MVP Award.

Through 22 contests this season, Han finished with averages of 16.1 points, 8.0 boards, and 2.3 assists per game while converting on a combined 57% (150-263) from the field and 36.7% (11-30) from distance.

In a scoring burst last Saturday, Marine Fauthoux tied her season-high of 25 points for the third time this season after netting 56.2% (9-16) from the field and 40% (4-10) from three alongside five assists.

Sika Koné earned her second consecutive and fifth weekly MVP honor this season after her dominant performance on Sunday. In the LF Endesa matchup, Sika posted 23 points and 23 rebounds, including nine offensive boards, which marked her 19th double-double of the season.

Breanna Stewart helped secure an 82-62 victory over Sopron in Game 1 of the EuroLeague Quarterfinals, finishing with 20 points and 10 boards for the second consecutive game.

Later today, Stewie will look to lead Fenerbahçe to the Semifinals with another win in Game 2.

On Wednesday, Marine Johannès guided Lyon to a hard-fought 84-80 EuroCup Semifinal victory against Villeneuve after totaling 17 points, a team-high seven assists, and 42.9% (3-7) shooting from distance.

Over the weekend, Lyon edged Tarbes in a 56-54 win where Marine provided 11 points and four dimes on 75% (3-4) from three.

Highlights

Leonie Fiebich tallied a near double-double of 15 points and nine rebounds on 50% (3-6) from beyond the arc across 33 minutes on Saturday.


Kayla Thornton and Southside advanced to the WNBL Finals on Wednesday with a 73-72 victory over Melbourne in Game 3 of the Semifinals. Kayla totaled 12 points and five rebounds on 50% (4-8) shooting.

Southside will now match up with the Townsville Fire between March 18-25 in the best-of-three WNBL Finals series.

Raquel Carrera’s top performance included 10 points and four boards on a near-perfect 83.3% (5-6) from the field.

Later today, Raquel and Valencia will look to even their EuroLeague Quarterfinal series with a victory over Schio at 2 p.m. ET. You can watch it here.

Epiphanny Prince totaled 10 points on 40% (4-10) from the field along with three assists in Galatasaray’s 74-49 EuroCup Semifinal win against Venezia.

Courtney Vandersloot helped Fenerbahçe’s offense past Sopron behind an eight-assist performance where she also added four points and a trio of boards.
