It’s almost time, New York.
Seafoam season is back under the lights at Barclays Center, and the first test of the season is officially on deck.  

The Liberty tip off their preseason slate on Friday, May 9 at 7PM against the Connecticut Sun—right here at home. It’s our first chance to see the full squad in action, with returning stars, fresh faces, and a whole new wave of energy ready to take the floor to set the tone of the 2025 WNBA season.   

And we’re not stopping there.  

Just a few days later, we’re taking the show on the road for a special matchup: a trip to Eugene, Oregon to take on the Toyota Antelopes of Japan on Monday, May 12. The game will be played at none other than the University of Oregon—the iconic stomping grounds of Sabrina Ionescu and Nyara Sabally. It’s a full-circle moment for two of our own, and a chance to showcase this team on a global stage, right in the heart of Duck Nation.
