Season in Review: Marine Johannès

French native and rookie guard Marine Johannés (AKA Jo Jo) caught the attention of the entire league with her flashy style of play  and all around finesse.

Johannés averaged 7.2 points and 2.4 assists and 18.2 minutes during her rookie campaign. On August 30, Johannés led the Liberty in scoring with a career- high 21 points on 51.7% shooting from the field and 50% from beyond the arc (4-8) against the Connecticut Sun.

From multiple games with perfect shooting percentages, to consecutive 20-point performances, Jo Jo was quietly one of the most impactful rookies across the league since her Liberty debut following her overseas commitments.
