New York, NY, June 18, 2015 – The New York Liberty and Resorts World Casino New York City, the Presenting Partner of New York Liberty Pride Month, today announced that they are launching a vacation contest for fans in honor of Pride Month, a WNBA league-wide initiative in support of the LGBT community. The first ever New York Liberty Pride Month Vacation Contest kicks off June 19, during the New York Liberty Pride Night game against the Indiana Fever, and runs through June 30.
All Liberty fans will have the opportunity to show their team Pride by submitting a photo and caption of what the New York Liberty means to them on Twitter or Instagram using the #RWCNYLPrideContest.
Contestants will be entered for a chance to win a once-in-a-lifetime Grand Prize — a 14-day cruise for two aboard Crystal Cruises Symphony ship. The cruise departs October 31, 2015 from New York, NY and makes seven different stops at exciting locations, including: Charleston, S.C., Turks & Caicos, Curacao and Aruba before reaching its final destination of Miami, Florida.
Additionally, there will be two runner-up prizes – a 7-day cruise aboard Crystal Cruises Symphony ship, departing October 23, 2015 from New York, NY and making five different stops, including: Newport, R.I.; Boston, Mass.; and Halifax, Nova Scotia in Canada.

June marks Pride Month across the entire WNBA, and New York City is home to many of the biggest Pride celebrations in the world. Resorts World Casino New York City is the presenting sponsor for every Liberty Pride Month event, including the team’s annual Pride Night game. Resorts World Casino New York City and the Liberty have teamed up for appearances at the Queens and Brooklyn Pride Festivals, and upcoming events such as the Garden Center Party at Pier 84 on June 22, and Harlem Pride Day on June 27.
