WNBA’s First Public Premium Seating Waitlist Is Available Here
NEW YORK (March 8, 2024) – In response to unprecedented demand for New York Liberty premium seats, the team announced the launch of its premium ticket waitlist. This marks the WNBA’s first public premium seating waitlist.
“This waitlist is a testament to the strength of the New York Liberty’s fanbase, extraordinary talent on court, and both the community and atmosphere we have organically cultivated at Barclays Center,” said Liberty CEO Keia Clarke. “The demand for premium seating spiked exponentially coming off our 2022 playoff series and reached 100% sell through in both 2023 and 2024. We are excited to launch our premium waitlist as we continue to innovate and elevate the fan experience.”
The introduction of a premium seat waitlist follows historic crowds at Barclays Center last season, which included a 45% increase in year-over-year regular season attendance and record-breaking gate receipts during Game 3 of the 2023 WNBA Finals. In response to this heightened demand, the waitlist offers fans an opportunity to reserve their place in line for available premium seats in the future.
The waitlist will include future availabilities for courtside and floor seats, VIP seats, and corresponding premium club access based on the order of the queue.
