Seven players return from the 2023 roster, including the starting five that led the Liberty to the best record in franchise history and the WNBA Finals for the first time since 2002.
The Liberty will welcome four new team members to their opening night squad, including 2024 draftee Marquesha Davis (No. 11 pick), second-year point guard Ivana Dojkić, two-time reigning LF Endesa MVP Leonie Fiebich, and four-year guard/forward Kennedy Burke, who won the French League LFB MVP award each of the last two seasons.
Four different countries and eight different colleges are represented on the 2024 roster.
Tomorrow’s season opener in Washington, D.C. at 7 pm ET will be broadcasted locally on My9 (WWOR), streamed locally on FOX Local and the YES App, and streamed nationally on ESPN3 for out-of-market viewers.
