NEW YORK, NY – May 2, 2018 – The WNBA announced today that of 20 games to be live streamed on Twitter during the 2018 season, three contests will feature the New York Liberty including the Liberty’s home opener, Sunday, May 20 at the Chicago Sky.
Twitter will begin its second consecutive season of live game coverage when the social media platform streams the #WNBAAllDay quadruple header Sunday, May 20 as part of WNBA Tip-Off 2018 presented by Verizon.
Twitter will wrap up its streaming season during the league’s regular season finale on Sunday, August 19.
In addition to their season opener, the Liberty will also be featured on Twitter, Tuesday, June 5th at 11 a.m. when New York plays host at Madison Square Garden to the Phoenix Mercury.
New York will air on Twitter for a final time, Tuesday, July 17 at 1 p.m. against the Dallas Wings.
In addition to Twitter, Liberty games can be seen on MSG, MSG+ and ESPN2 this season.
