On Tuesday, the New York Liberty (6-3) fell to the Atlanta Dream (3-5), 86-79, in the second game of their 2023 four-game season series and their second matchup in five days.

At Barclays Center, the Liberty finished on 39.4% (26-66) shooting from the field, 29.6% (8-27) from three, and 86.4% (19-22) at the free throw line.

Tonight, New York finished with five double-digit scorers for the second consecutive game. This is the first time the Liberty has had five double-digit scorers in back-to-back games since July 2021.

Betnijah Laney finished with 17 points on 66.7% (6-9) shooting from the floor, including 60% (3-5) from three, and two assists.

Breanna Stewart totaled 12 points, a season-high 13 rebounds, six assists, and four blocks –– her third game this season with four-plus blocks.
