With another upset on the way, thirteenth ranked Adana upset eleventh ranked Edirne 60-55. In what has become typical for guard Shavonte Zellous, she filled up the stat sheet once again to help her team win, finishing with nine points, 12 rebounds and four assists in 39 minutes of action. Zellous has been fantastic since joining Adana ASKI, averaging 19.9 points and 4.5 rebounds per game, helping her team pick up five of its seven wins during that span. Zellous and Adana ASKI return to action against Mersin on March 30.

In an incredible blowout victory, Avery Warley-Talbert and Botas were able to beat last place Orduspor 155-48 in the Turkish League to improve to 10-13 overall and maintain control of the eighth spot in the standings. Warley-Talbert is currently a team leader in points per game and total rebounds with 14.0 ppg and 10.6 rpg respectively. In the blowout victory last week, she came off the bench to log just 21 minutes, racking up 28 points on 14-of-18 shooting from the field with 11 boards and a couple of blocked shots. As Botas takes aim at securing a playoff berth, they face 12th-place Yakin Dogu on March 30.

Tanisha Wright and Maccabi Ashdod were able to take a 2-1 lead in their Israeli League semifinal series against Bnot Hertzeliya, thanks to a 95-61 victory on Monday. Wright dished out an impressive 12 assists in the 34-point win, adding nine points, seven rebounds and a steal during her 34 minutes on the court. Wright, who is averaging 10.9 points and 5.5 assists per game, and Maccabi Ashdod will have a shot at securing a trip to the league championship series when they play game four against Bnot Hertzeliya on March 31.
