On November 16, 2020, the New York Liberty launched Sales Academy, the teams’ first-ever sales development training program. The Academy is an 8-week training and talent pipeline for junior sales professionals to earn positions with the New York Liberty.

Liberty Sales Academy is designed to prepare entry-level sales professionals with the tools necessary to be successful in the sports industry. At the end of the program, the top performing participant will begin a seasonal role (6 months) as part of the Liberty Sales Team. The first cohort has been announced and includes the following young professionals:
