International Update Feb. 16

Tina Charles and Xinjiang are set to tip off the semi final match up today against Shanghai after a nearly two-week break following a 2-0 sweep over Liaoning in the WCBA quarterfinals. This past weekend she posted another stellar performance with 21 points, but her team was edged 62-61 in Turkey. Essence Carson faced more WNBA talent when Canik BLD played Mersin. Rebecca Allen and SEQ have two games left in regular season competition, can they continue their winning streak before the postseason begins?

A majority of Liberty players competing for leagues in Europe will have next week off, as European national teams gather for a training camp before leagues enter the final stretch of their regular season play.
